We warranty all of our products against manufacturing and assembly defects and will replace the product free of charge for a period of 6 months after the time of purchase. We do not however warranty against faulty installation, this should not be a problem since all of our products are plug-n-play.

you will find the same user manuals that were shipped with your product, please feel free to download
them and print at your convenience. Please let us know if you find anything that you feel might
need to be changed or added. With each product there is also listed an email address where you
can reach us if you have any questions that may not be answered in the User Manual or our FAQ section
of this website. Typically we respond within 24 hours of receiving your email.
